My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Nagoya Station, which is great for a quick stopover or a one-day stay in the city. The rooms were cozy but a bit warm as the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel. The service was excellent, above average for English speakers, offering support whenever needed. The dining experience was enjoyable with a mix of Western and local choices. However, the room size and lack of control over the air conditioning were minor drawbacks.

The rooms were cozy but a bit warm due to hotel-controlled air conditioning. I had to ask staff to open the window to cool the room. The size was just enough for two persons with luggage but the pathway and toilet felt a bit small.
